Here I am again! Finally!

About time I made an entry on this thing right? Yepperino! So whats new?
I have my P's license! Thats always an exciting thing to talk of! Freedom to drive on your own or with friends etc is indeed a beautiful thing! Of course I should've had it a good long time ago...but hey!

In my last tournament, I came first place in the advanced section! IAMA/Kyokushin Karate state titles. Not too bad! :D The trophy looks good! Best part about it is the fact that I CAN EAT AGAIN!!! Bahahaha no more dieting!! :D :D :D

So hows the pineapples today? Pretty freaking pineappley I hope! Bahahaha in the city...a few weeks ago now, but I'll tell you anyway...I got called a pineapple!! O__________O LMAO!! I saw this guy...wearing business clothing...at the end of the mall...drunk out of his head...clutching the bench as though afraid he might go flying into the air if he let go. I walked past him, and I looked at him, and he stared back, and was like, "What the FREAK are YOU looking at, you freaking PINEAPPLE??" BAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! It was tough to keep from laughing...I swear, I've heard something like that on the radio at one point too....hmm....

So heres the deal!

On June the 12th, I leave Australia heading right into Pensylvania, America! Thats for about 3 and a half months. It's a program called Camp Councellors USA. Their summer camp grounds is where we'll be working. I'll be teaching martial arts while I'm there! :D

After that it's over to Germany. That'll be about mid september. We'll be staying there so we can go to the Oktoberfest and maybe even France for a little while. Thats something like a month maybe less though.

Next is London. It's a Pub job. We'll be staying in small hotel rooms for staff above the actual pub itself and get free accomodation and food as well as pay! Besides working in a Brittish pub will be awesome anyway.

After that, we're backpacking around Europe. Not everywhere because of money issues, but at this point, it's France, Germany, England, Ireland, Italy, Greece and perhaps more.

Dubai is the next stop. Thats in the U.A.E. Reeeeeeeaally high class sorta place apparently. Really hot too. But Ben used to live there so he has a lot of connections and such and yeah! That'll be awesome!

Anybody know much about Phuket? I know nothing but thats the last stop on the list before we come home, but it's supposed to be hellishly awesome too! :D

Just thought I'd let you know! I'm definately going to be keeping in touch with everybody though :) I don't go for another 7 months or so, but if you want postcards, make sure I have you address before I go :D

Here I am!

Bet you all were thinking I wouldn't come back this time weren't ya? Well I fooled you all! Mwahahaha!! But yes. It has come to my attention that my last post was made so long ago, that I must be an old man. I am not old! I'm young hip, modern, and cool! *starts listen to really loud and really crappy music* See?

So who wants an update about my exciting life? I know I do! So here we go!

Once upon a time, Doug turned 18! In his happy 18ness he attented several parties! He then earned exactly enough money to survive overseas on his trip for a year! This goal being achieved, he decided to buy ice cream. The ice cream was eaten and loved. So he bought another.

Yeah thats my life's story...I'll bet you're all bouncing in excitement! You know whats exciting? Ice cream and jelly. THAT is worth bouncing for. You all may claim that such a dessert is a child's food. However, you all may also be stoopidheads. No I joke ^_^ But hear me! Pick a large item from your cabinet, desk, floor, wherever you choose. Hold it in your hand. Stab a spoon into it. Now, imagine it was delicious vanilla ice cream topped with jellyful jellyish jelly. Not jellyfish! Because that could hurt. But yes! Ice cream and jelly right in your hand. Would you eat it? I know I would. *bites into DVD case with spoon attached to it* But you know...make sure it IS ice cream and jelly.

Enough rant for today I think! I sleep! Tis nice to return to the neighbourhood! Hope everybody's doing well! To anybody who has just finished the high school thing, congratulations to the fullest! I shine with pride just to know you! :D

Hahaha yep I'm finally back...hooray hooray!! OK I thought I better make a post once in a while...I've been very slack, it's true. *sighs* So whats new?
I have a girlfriend is new? I haven't posted an entry since before I've been going out with her, and we're going over a month now, so then I haven't posted in over a month O_O That has to be a new record...but yeah! Her name is Helen! Some of you know her, some of you don't...either way, WOOOOOO!! ^_______^

In other news, I was in a tournament just this last Sunday. Not bad, not bad. Australian Kyokushin Nationals. I came second place again! So in Kyokushin, that makes me the second best in Australia in my division apparently...heh...

Okie dokie, my birthday is coming up also! Finally getting to 18! That'll be fun...what'll be even more fun will be my trip next year!! So close, yet so far away...many people I might be meeting!! :D

Well, this has turned out to be a semi-successful entry! I might still have something left in me...heh.

Well, my friends, it has been a while!!
I thought that since it is here, I better update...
So whats new? That is the question...
I'm going to the Indooroopilly high formal this year! I have new shoes! MY formal photos finally came. Thats a good 9 month wait...stupid photo people...but there ya go!
Well heres the plan for next year:
-Brisbane to LA. LA for 9 weeks.
-LA to Toronto, Canada. Canada OWH program for 3 months in hotel.
-Canada to England. England OWH program for 2 months.
-England to France. France for a month.
-France to Germany. Germany for a month.
-Germany to Italy. Italy for a month.
-Italy to Greece. Greece for ???.
-Greece to Holland. Holland for a couple of weeks.
If we have time, we're gonna run around to a few different places too
-Europe to UAI (Dubai). Dubai for two weeks.
-Dubai to Thailand (Phuket). Phuket for a week.
-Thailand to Malaysia/Singapore. Malaysia/Singapore for a week.
-Singapore back to Australia.

Then I'm back ^_^ Man...I cant wait....

OK so I've become dodgy with updating again...
Oh well! It doesn't matter. For I have FOUR CD's by His Infernal Majesty!! And a DVD set ^_^ I realise that there are ones out there who have more...but I feel proud!
But my life over the past week or so:
- Got paid!
- Drained weeks pay on things I dont need!
- Saw Kimmy's awesomecore theatre play thing!!
- Met Jamie!! The enticing evil Jamie! Wooooo!!
- Had ice cream at some point.
- Got hurtfully injured again!
- Injuring the person back for injuring me ^_^ Hehehe my dad...
- Started a livejournal entry!
- Couldn't figure out what else to put in the list of things done in the past week or so.
- Stopped filling out the list.

Then we get to now! You can tell I've had one hell of an exciting week! :D

An update I write, an update you see!

Yep, I'm being one hardcore rebel again, and updating at work! It's my break! Well...not really anymore...but I AM doing stoopid internet stuffs for the shop! So technically, I'm working, and enjoying myself at the same time! *grins*

In other news, my shin really hurts! I was sitting in the chair waiting for a customer to come in to serve when I felt it really sting! I had no choice but to go in for a closer inspection! Upon doing so, it seems there was actually an INDENT in my shin O_O This is what you get for doing extra sparring with people who block your kicks with what would be metal boned legs...I have karate tonight! Huzzah!

Speaking of which, I think, for like, the second time ever, I got my teacher pissed off at me. You may or may not remember, I'm not sure, but at some point, I was complaining about how much my chest hurt! Twas from training with my teacher. He kept attacking me with punches until I was forced into the corner of the room. I thought he'd stop there, but he kept hitting me until I was dropped. I didn't think he'd do that. Well...a couple of nights ago, he tried the same thing. Bash me into the corner...except this time I thought he'd try it again, so I just bashed him back. As hard as I could! Well, it worked. I got out of the corner, had my space and footing back, but he was pissed off at me. Apparently I'm not supposed to be that aggressive with him. I know it's discipline and all, so I understand why I was wrong...but like...isn't the point of us being there for self-defence? If I let him hit me, I'd have lost. If I did what I did...then I would've gone on further. Blargh! So I was able to defend myself...yet it was wrong of me to do so.

I better run. You all have a whole heap of fun now!!

I'm getting better aren't I? Well...I'm updating from work when I really ought to be out the front making sure every customer is having every need attended to...but here I am ^_^ I'm hungry though...fooooooooood!! Later! *runs to next paragraph*

Because it's a Friday morning, the shop is very quiet, therefore I have no choice but to treat you all to my surroundings! Theres a computer in front of me! It's name is George!! Steve is the new manequin (sp?)sitting in a box over in the corner as well. We haven't found a use for him yet. Larry, the gigantic malfunctioning photocopier lost a leg...so he's going to like...fall over any second o_O
Wait..what are you talking about? Of course it's completely and totally sane to name all of the most used objects in the store! The front counter's name is Max :) down from Maximillion....but yeah!!

A customer arrives! I better run that way now! *points over that way*
